WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If your goods are fault or damaged on delivery, we will exchange the product. Goods must then be returned in original packaging, they must not have been installed or used and all seals must be intact, and they must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Returned items inadequately packaged will not be credited or exchanged. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding inadequate packaging.
If you are returning due to damaged that occurred in delivery, take photos showing the damage of the packaging and the product, then send them to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will look into this.
If you have ordered in error, we will issue a refund on return of the items (*exclusions apply). Goods must be returned to the company in original packaging within 14 days of receipt and must not have been used, installed or have seals broken. Returns of items ordered in error will be considered for a further 6 weeks but these will be subject to a 15 % handling fee. Returns will not be considered after 6 weeks of receipt.
In all circumstances all decisions are at our discretion and subject to the buyer providing proof of purchase, returning the good and all delivery being paid.
*Exclusions: Some products make to specific requirements and non-stock items specifically made are excluded.
